Explore the scenery of the Cimarron National Grassland, where roughly thirty-three miles of the Historic Santa Fe Trail across 108,000 acres of high-elevation prairie. Today, one can still see ruts and the site where freight wagons camped at Middle Springs and used the Point of Rocks as a lookout point from 1821 to 1880.
