Exhibits in the museum take you through the history of Morton County from the time of Native Americans to pioneer life, farming, ranching, business, and the Santa Fe Trail. The museum serves as an official interpretive facilty of the Santa Fe National Historic Trail featuring a Santa Fe Trail Room with murals painted by Charles Goslin surrounding the authentic displays.
