Northeast Kansas is home to many of the state's larger cities, making for a plethora of shopping options. While the counties of Southeast Kansas aren't quite as populous as those in the Northeast, the region is home to many "small to mid-sized" cities ranging from 5,000 - 25,000 people. The two most prominent are actually college towns: Emporia and Pittsburg. Too often is the Northwest Region is associated with "emptiness." While it is almost certainly the least populated region of the state, this hasn't done anything to slow down the influx of vintage goods (even from around the world).
