St. Marys is a city in Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee counties between Manhattan and Topeka off US-24. The city's incredible history and gorgeous Catholic architecture make St. Marys a truly charming small town. Visitors can live the history of St. Marys by visiting the Oregon Trail Nature Park and Silo Mural, Louis Vieux Historical Site , and the St. Marys Indian Pay Station Museum Complex, a building that was once used for various payments by the United States government to the Potawatomi.
