The city of Derby is a suburban community located just Southeast of Wichita. The city is home to notable attractions like Filed Station Dinosaurs and Rock River Rapids, both of which are very popular places during the summer season! When it comes to recreational activities, Derby is hard to beat! In addition to the life-size dinosaurs and the water park, Derby also has a great bowling alley, numerous outdoor parks, and a brand-new place called 'The Sandbox.' We also appeal to history lovers with the Derby Historical Museum. The city is also located just south of McConnell Air Force Base, which hosts regular events, even hosting the Blue Angels! Come out to Derby and discover yet another part of the Wichita Metro Area!
