| IN THIS ISSUE |

Welcome Kansas' newest Poet Laureate, Huascar Medina. In this winter issue, we sit down with Huascar as he shares his poetic vision. In "Creating the Next Generation of Beekeepers" a Kansas State student, working through his family farm, hopes to reverse the statewide decline in honey production. This issue also introduces our 2019 class of Kansas Finest Honorees as well as the Governor's Tourism Award recipient. Plus, we're getting ready for the holiday season with events and activities.
