1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine or balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp black pepper
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp ground cloves


Mix well; pour over steak in a large plastic bag. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning several times
