Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine or balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp ground cloves
Directions
Mix well; pour over steak in a large plastic bag. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning several times.
