Things to do in Garnett, Kansas

Garnett has a little something for every visitor. From rural farms, beautiful lakes, and rich history, to epic auto races and cycling trails, we have so much to keep you entertained! 

One of the most prominent attractions in Garnett is the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park, which runs North-South through various attractions in the city. The trail passes through Lake Garnett in the north and onwards to Main Street in Downtown Garnett. Head on over to Main Street! You won't even need a bike to begin admiring the city's historic landmarks like the Anderson County Courthouse, as well as the accompanying Veterans Memorial, which faces Oak Street. 

Visitors can also enjoy downtown modern detours such as Jammin' Nutrition and Trade Winds Bar & Grill. And for a new experience, Mi-Fu Asian Fusion gives you a whole new world of flavor! Visit 5th Avenue to enjoy the newly opened 130 Collective, which is home to 3 Monkeys Bakery, The Beloved Book Co., and Monroe 816.  After lunch, browse a variety of shops around town, including the MJ's Boutique & Consignments and 4th Street Flea Market.
