The White Linen is a unique, fine-dining restaurant based on contemporary French and American cuisine. Chef Adam VanDonge and his wife Kasie have opened this restaurant to give Topekans a taste of truly unique dining in a small town environment. Chef Adam takes locally grown, bred, and produced products and re-imagines them into a modern, unique treat with the familiar structures and textures known to be a staple of the Kansas plains, America's homeland. Chef Adam takes pride in the art of cuisine and will aim to continue to "wow" his clients and customers in his newest of adventures, The White Linen.
