Spillman Creek Double Arch Limestone Bridge
Hwy 181, 2 miles N, Sylvan Grove, KS 67481
This beautiful post rock double-arch bridge in a tranquil setting has been preserved as an architectural example of the use of native limestone used by the settlers of central Kansas.
The bridge is near a grove where annual Emancipation Picnics were held and enjoyed by the African American settlers of the area.
The bridge is also within two miles of the Pawnee Indian Trail.
