McCain Auditorium, located at Kansas State University, is a cultural center for the live performing arts and host for numerous campus and community engagement and entertainment activities. A variety of professional music, theater, and dance productions are held each season in the McCain Performance Series. The Series has featured in the past such artists and attractions as Yo-Yo Ma, Pilobolus, the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, Itzhak Perlman, Wynton Marsalis, Van Cliburn, Carol Burnett, Ricky Skaggs, Garrison Keillor, Hairspray, Annie and many more. McCain Auditorium is the home of the Landon Lecture Series, one of the nation’s most prestigious lecture series for world leaders. In addition, McCain Auditorium hosts several student productions (K-State Theatre, Opera, Dance, and Music) and many other campus and community events. All events are open to the student population and the general public.
