The Conference Center is booked on a first come, first served basis. Individuals must come to the Student Services Center on the Main Campus, fill out the permit form and pay permit fees in full, prior to reserving the Conference Center. Fee: $30.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum ($90). $30.00 for each additional hour. The reservation includes set up and tear down time. On Sundays, the Conference Center is booked for only one event. The Conference Center is not available on holidays observed by the College or when the campus is closed. Conference Center reservations are booked 5 months in advance of the current month.
