Oneness with Earth Heals!
Heartland Farm is an 80-acre farm tucked away into the Kansas prairie. Passionate about regenerative agriculture and hospitality for the healing of the land and its inhabitants, the farm opens its doors to you.
The farm homestead is operated by the Dominican Sisters of Peace located in Central Kansas in rural Rush Co. 13 miles west of Great Bend.
Visitors are welcome to come and explore the grounds and receive a tour, attend a workshop, stay the night and much more!
We are proud of our farm and if you are in the area come and stop by and take a break from the noise and bask in the stillness and life at Heartland Farm!
