Warren and Arlene Wittman own and operate this family business that began in September 2002. Warren has worked in the meat and sausage business for over 40 years at several local stores. When one of the local grocery stores changed owners and stopped selling German sausage, Warren thought it was a good opportunity for him to open a meat market that would specialize in authentic German sausage.
