Grandma's Depot House was built in Holly, Colorado in 1897, and used as a railroad depot there before being moved to Hamilton County. It has been used as a private residence since 1965. John and Marcia Ashmore have now turned it into a bed and breakfast. The railroad depot has three beds, one up, two down, with bathrooms on each floor. The lower level has a game area with a pool table. It is open for an overnight stay or extended visits, as you may desire. It is located at 2500 NE CR 13. We can be reached at 620-384-7420, 620-384-4996, or 620-384-4670.
