Gage Park is a beautiful 160 acre park and is one of the star attractions in Topeka. Gage Park has a history dating back to 1899, when the heirs of Guilford Gage donated 80 acres of land west of Topeka between 6th and 10th Streets.
Gage Park features a 1908 carousel and a mile-long train ride through the park as well as an aquatic park, the Topeka Zoo, Reinisch Rose Garden, Helen Hocker Theatre, and countless recreational facilities.
