Dodge City’s newest restaurant puts a modern twist on one of Dodge City’s historic brick treasures. Located across Wyatt Earp Blvd from the Boot Hill museum, the Guymon Petro Bar & Grill is open for lunch and dinner and features a menu with eclectic choices such as fried pickles, burgers, quail, steaks, seafood, and pasta all prepared before your eyes in our open kitchen
The Guymon Petro Bar & Grill has dining seating for 132 people and bar seating for 42 and is finished in a rustic industrial style. The design incorporates multi-levels and separate rooms to create an intimate feeling for the dining experience. The bar area is all about comradery with communal bar tables and a 33 ft bar with 10 beers on tap and specialty cocktails like Wild Bill Hickok Lemonade and the Doc Holiday Cocktail . Dancing occurs every weekend when the band takes to the stage and the lights start flashing.
