Blue River Rail Trail

Winding through wooded areas, grassland vistas, canyons, cliffs and fields of corn and soybeans, the Blue River Rail Trail is open for walkers, joggers and bicyclists. The 11.5 mile trail offers views of the river, wildlife, and the music of songbirds. The trail head is on the northern edge of Marysville. The trail extends to the Nebraska State Line, where it connects to the Chief Standing Bear Trail. The Chief Standing Bear Trail is complete to Beatrice, NE.

DIRECTIONS TO TRAIL HEAD: At the US 36 Highway & 8th Street stoplight in Marysville, travel North approximately 1 mile. At the T in the road, turn left (west) and follow Jayhawk Road, which ends at the trail head. See us on Facebook!
