Thank you all for tuning in to the first of what I hope will be many posts about our new Mobile Visitor Center. And, as a sci-fi fan, I can't help but channel a little Star Trek: "To boldly go where no state has gone before!" That's right, folks—Kansas is hitting the road! Sure, some cities have done mobile visitor centers, but we’re talking about a whole state, bringing Kansas pride to the masses.

Our mission? Simple: take Kansas to the people, showing them why it’s not just a great place to visit, but a place to live, work, and dream big. We’re serving up a slice of Kansas hospitality, from our museums and parks to those quirky roadside stops that make road trips unforgettable. We don’t want folks just passing through—we want them stopping, staying, and soaking it all in.
