  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • One package Lipton Beefy Onion Soup and Dip Mix
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients with clean hands and form into 6 patties. Put a dent in the top of each patty so it doesn't puff during grilling. After grilling, top with your favorite cheese and assemble in a bun along with some home-grown romaine, slice Texas Super Sweet onions, homemade pickles and a slice of still-warm-from-the-garden Jet Star - best burger tomato ever.
