Crystle's Strawberry Puff

3 pats of butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
Sliced Strawberries

Preheat oven to 425. Place one pat of butter in each of three 8 oz. ramekins. Leave ramekins in oven until butter is melted and ramekins are hot. Mix eggs, flour, milk and nutmeg slightly (batter will be lumpy). One teaspoon of vanilla may also be added. Pour batter into center of hot butter in each ramekin. Drop several slices of fresh strawberry in each ramekin. Return ramekins to oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot, right out of the oven.
