4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp malted milk powder (not chocolate)
Combine in blender container until chocolate is thoroughly mixed in. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry. Serve immediately.
