3 to 5 pound brisket
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
2 teaspoons celery seed
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon onion salt
¼ cup water
Trim fat off row brisket where possible. Place brisket on large sheet of foil in a pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Fold foil up and seal, then marinate overnight. Do not open.
Bake about 5 hours at 300 degrees or until tender to fork.
Serves 6 to 8
