1887 Olde Town Kitchen in Hillsboro

5 Chicken breasts
4 large potatoes diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 large can whole tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk of half and half

Boil chicken breasts; remove and reserve broth. Remove white meat from bone and dice. Combine all ingredients and boil in broth until potatoes are tender. Just before serving add milk and stir.
