Markley Grove Park

Enjoy the cirle drive through this beautiful old wooded park. Close to one of the oldest dams in Kansas. Catch a fish on the Solomon River. Public swimming and wading pools are located in the park, as well as playground equipment, picnic shelters, and exercise stations. Electric hook-ups and restroom with showers are available. The park is across from the Ottawa County fairgrounds and ball fields. Check for dates on the free fair and co-ed rodeo. Walk less than a mile to downtown, the historical museum, dining, drinks, and shopping! Drive or bike a few miles to Rock City Geological Park.
