Wheels up: New Exploration Place Exhibit opens in Wichita
While Wichita is known as the Air Capital of the World for its innovation and manufacturing aptitude in the aviation industry, the general public has not had a way to see inside the local industry because none of the parts suppliers, machine shops or aircraft manufacturing plants offer public tours. That now changes with the opening of Exploration Place’s new Design Build Fly exhibit. Read more...

A new driving tour and website project highlights Newton’s historic areas featuring routes for architecture, Mennonite heritage, and a combined Mexican-American/railroad/Chisholm Trail history.
