Hillsboro is a largely Mennonite community with a thriving downtown area and an accredited 4 year liberal arts Christian college, with an extensive collection of Mennonite history, cultural and sporting events. All ahead to visit the Mennonite Adobe House Museum: Seven room adobe house built in 1876 with pioneer artifacts and replica of an 1876 Friesen Dutch mill and windmill 620-947- 3162.
