Junction City

Junction City

We invite you to plan your next convention, meeting, reunion or retreat here in the Heart of the Flint Hills of Kansas. From small meetings to large conferences, you'll find a wide variety of meetings sites, top quality services and accommodations to suit you. Many of our lodging properties are within easy walking distance to the Geary County Convention Center, and Junction City's location on I-70 and US Hwy 77 provides quick and easy access for attendees.

The history of life on the Western Frontier is preserved at Fort Riley - Home of the 1st Infantry Division - the Big Red One. Custer House, US Cavalry Museum, 1st Infantry Division Museum and 1st Territorial Capitol of Kansas will take you back to the founding of Fort Riley and the State of Kansas from the very beginnings to present day.

The scenic Flint Hills which surrounds Junction City/Geary County is home to a variety of outdoor activities where you can get back to nature. With numerous nature trails and beautiful vistas, we are home to Milford Lake - the largest lake and fishing capitol of Kansas. Plenty of outdoor areas are perfect for that after hours get-a-way.
