Original City Jail
Nichols and Hale Streets, Spring Hill, KS 66083
Constructed by A. H. Starbuck in 1926, the jail served as temporary housing for the lawless. Fabricated of strap iron, the jail was housed in the city building on North Main Street, but is now on display in the City Park. The site is located on Spring Hill’s original downtown and includes a playground and picnic area.
