Office Evolution Overland Park has 4 conference rooms and an after-hours space. The smallest holds 6-8, 2 medium sized rooms hold 10-12 and the largest training/conference room can hold up to 24 people. All 4 options are include the use of either smart TV or projector depending on the room, whiteboards, conference phone, coffee service and WIFI for all attendees and are available to be booked anywhere from 30 mins to 8 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The after hours networking event space is perfect for happy hour, socializing meet and greet events where people are walking about mingling. It’s capacity is 100 and is available after 5pm M-F, and all day on both Saturday or Sunday. Office Evolution encourages you to bring in catered food and drinks or they can help provide those and pass along the costs accordingly to limit the amount of work to the coordinators.
