We are pleased to offer a farm to table approach in fine dining. Presenting the purity of food in an artistic fashion with full gastronomique flavor and plating. Our chefs develop a menu seasonally based on fresh and locally grown products available. Our goal is not to buy in bulk from mass merchants, but to support Kansas and regional producers as a first priority. We hope to combine Agricultural industry education and rural Kansas travel, all while supporting our local farmers who feed America daily. Our team will be utilizing microgreens, Midwestern raised fresh meats, unpasteurized cheese, down to the basics of home made butter made onsite, and so many more specialties to develop a sophisticated range and palate of cuisine.
Stay tuned as we continue to grow and develop. Educational opportunities, private dining events, and cooking classes with our Chefs will be offered soon. Our liquor license is in process, focusing on Kansas wines for the perfect pairing.
