Known as the big bass capital of Southeast Kansas, the warm waters of the LaCygne Lake offers fishers an excellent opportunity in both summer and winter months. Only a state fishing license is required to enjoy fishing at this public lake.

Located on the 2,600-acre lake, Linn County Park provides cabins or campsites with showers, electric, water, and sewer hook-ups. Cabins are available for rent all year. Make a reservation by calling the Park. Campsites are available on a first come first served basis. There are two large Shelter Houses. Call the Park to reserve a shelter house. The park also has a swimming pool, laundry facilities, marina, boat ramps and phone usage. Duck and goose hunting is permitted on the lake.
