Kansas Rocks Park offers 380 acres of family trail riding for slow moving four-wheel drive vehicles, UTV's, mountain bikes and hikers. This area is very unique, both in the topography and the history of the property. It encompasses several homestead areas, an old town site and history dating back to the Civil War. There is over 200 feet of elevation change on the land which offers refuge to many species of animals including deer, turkey, bobcat, mountain lion, timber rattler, copperhead, black rat snakes and several unique lizards. There are valleys, huge rock outcroppings and rocky hills to offer recreational challenges, as well as meandering trails through the cedar trees and creek crossings. In terms of recreation, we have all the trails marked with the level of the trail. We offer trails for novice/beginners, intermediate and expert driver and vehicle skill levels. Kansas Rocks Park is a not for profit, fee usage park operated by volunteers. We are open year round on weekends only and are closed Feb 1 - 25th each year.
