Cultural exhibits representing Philippine art, artifacts, and history have been an important part of programming for the FCC. Past exhibits include shows dedicated to: Philippine shells; indigenous saints (or santos); international ceramics; first-generation immigrant stories; a young artists showcase; native textiles – including ternos, barong tagalogs, and other clothing and fabrics; basketry; native jewelry; World War II memorabilia; and the pictorial "When America Came to the Philippines" – a study of American influences in Filipino culture. As limited space and security have become a recent concern, no exhibits have been held for several years. A new, permanent exhibit space will be part of the Phase II Expansion Project.
