#KSBucketList Experience #46 - Maxwell Wildlife Refuge
This refuge provides a rare look at the past as a herd of bison roam the native prairie. Elk, birds, wild flowers and native grasses in the rolling hills can be viewed from the observation tower or up close while on the "covered wagon" tram tour.
Visit any of the 70 locations, take a photo at the site and post it to Instagram or Twitter or on the Kansas Tourism Facebook page and use the hashtag #KSBucketList (one entry per person per location) for a chance to win. One winner will be drawn at random each month and awarded a prize, and a grand prize winner will be announced at the end of 2016. Contest begins January 1, 2016.
