It’s fair and rodeo time in Abilene! Enjoy four nights of the Wild Bill Hickok Rodeo, plus a demo derby, parade, fish fry, dances, fair exhibits, vendors, carnival, and so much more! A piece of Americana in Abilene, Kansas! Meet Miss Rodeo K-State, and get autographs from her, plus from bullfighters, the rodeo clown, cowboys, and more! Held in conjunction with the Central Kansas Free Fair, which includes 4-H and livestock exhibits, and with the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo on August 2-4. All the excitement and adrenaline of pro rodeo – bronc riding, roping, barrel racing, and BULL RIDING! Miss Rodeo Kansas State, and the best rodeo personnel in the business all come to Abilene August 1-4. Parade on August 2. Central Kansas Free Fair takes place August 1-6. Fish fries, dances, vendors, carnival, 4-H, livestock exhibits.
