Hear the story of Gunther F Skaletz, Auschwitz/Holocaust Survivor and Five-Star Chef, as he shares from his book LIFE on Both Sides of the WALL. Mitchell County Historical Society presents another of its fascinating programs at the Mitchell County Museum ANNEX at 1915 N. Independence, Beloit, KS (1/8 mile south of the Hwy 24 & 14 Junction). Gunther Skaletz will speak on how Faith, Hope and Miracles kept him alive. Program is on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Note the same weekend in nearby Downs, the Annual Storytelling Festival is being held on Friday evening through Saturday evening.
