Everyone, everywhere - please make your summer plans now, to attend the Annual “Prairie Days” Festival Celebration at the Little House On The Prairie Museum - Historic Childhood Home Site of Laura Ingalls Wilder & Birthplace Site of Carrie Ingalls in Rutland Township, Kansas! — An Event you won’t want to miss! We have exciting news for this year's Prairie Days. Wendi Lee, who played baby Grace on Little House on the Prairie, will be our special guest. She will speak about her life experiences and is also the first cast member to come to the Little House on the Prairie Museum. Please mark your calendars for this wonderful event. Wendi Lou is a Jesus follower, Little House on the Prairie lover and brain surgery survivor. The four seasons she spent on the set of Little House on the Prairie playing the role of Baby Grace is among one of her greatest blessings. Her good, but hard life resembles what the Ingalls family experienced…. great joys and sorrows. In 2015, Wendi was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Her surgery and recovery have led her to a newfound freedom. Sharing her story of God’s goodness through life’s most difficult circumstances is what brings her the most joy. She is currently writing a Little House devotional and speaking to groups across the country who long for more grace. Wendi hopes to encourage and inspire others to see the “baby graces” all around them.
