1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in raisins, pecans, oatmeal and coconut. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until smooth. Stir in reserved flour mixture. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place on wire rack until cool. Cut into 24 bars.
