Popcorn Pecan Clusters

1 ½ quarts popped popcorn
1 cup pecans
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. Water

Combine popcorn and pecans. Keep warm in a 250 degree F. oven. In a two-quart saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, honey, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Boil mixture to hard crack stage (250 degrees F on a candy thermometer). Place popcorn mixture in large bowl. Slowly pour honey glaze over popcorn mixture, stirring to coat. Spread in a buttered jelly roll pan, and return to a 250 degree F. oven for 20 minutes, stirring once after about ten minutes. Cool. Break into pieces. Makes about 2 ½ quarts.
