6 cups apple juice
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine well chilled eggs, juice and milk in blender or jar with tight fitting lid. Add honey and cinnamon. Blend or shake until well blended. Serve immediately. Serves 8 to 10.
