Grilled Peaches

Ingredients 

  • 6 ripe peaches washed and pitted
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Technique

Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Toss the peaches into the marinade and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Place on hot grill for about 1 minutes on each side. Scoop ice cream on top, garnish with lavendar buds and drizzle with clover honey.
