All shows are performed Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 8pm; Sunday matinees at 2pm.
The Chestnut Fine Arts Center offers a theatre season of SIX great musicals and plays each year. It is located in downtown Olathe in an historic, century-old house, just one block north of Santa Fe on Chestnut Street. Free and convenient parking is available adjacent to the theatre, as well as across the street. There are special discount prices for seniors, students and large groups. The Chestnut opened its doors in May, 1998. During its ten-year history, it has grown and now entertain over 12,000 patrons annually. The Chestnut currently hosts a theatrical season of six plays and/or musicals per year, in addition to sponsoring numerous children’s workshops, talent shows, recitals, concerts and performances by the Dickens Carolers.
