Creamy Cheese Ball

2 packages (8-oz each) cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, softened
1 pkge. (1 1/8 oz.) buttermilk style dressing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped pecans

Blend cream cheese, butter and dressing mix until creamy. Stir in cheddar cheese. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm. Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers. Makes about 12 servings.
