Sunset Zoological Park

Your worldwide adventure begins at Sunset Zoo with year-round special events for the kid in all of us and some just for adults such as Wine in the Wild and Brew at the Zoo! We aim to “inspire conservation of the natural world.” Join us for an adventure that weaves the animal residents with the bigger picture of conservation or create your own Sunset Zoo adventure!Sunset Zoo provides quality on and off-site youth programs for school-aged children, senior programs, and general educational exploration for all ages. Zoo education opportunities are fun and guided by trained staff. Camps, classes, programs, and more are offered after school, weekends, holidays and school vacations. Sunset Zoo is an active participant in the Kansas/Paraguay Conservation Action Partnership (CAP), founded in 1994. Sunset Zoo staff members assist zoos and wildlife agencies in Paraguay as they develop policy and programs to conserve their natural world.Come outside and play.
