Ride the Flint Hills

RidetheFlintHills LLC, provides guests with the opportunity to hike or horseback ride in the beautiful Flint Hills near Beaumont. Besides daily riding and hiking packages, you can choose from weekend and multi-day options. Make your reservations and then when our guests arrive, they have access to more than 10,000 acres for riding and hiking, along with all the amenities of the historic Beaumont Hotel. Besides riding horses on native grasslands, you can even participate in real-life daily cattle herding on a Kansas ranch. RidetheFlintHills LLC operates on ranch land owned by the Ferrell Ranch and managed by 4L Grazing. 4L's cattle program includes seasonal management of yearling cattle. The cattle are moved daily, as part of the grazing program, so guests can participate in actual hands-on ranch work.
