Veterans Memorial Park surrounds Crystal Lake (South Lake). Bring your fishing pole and bicycle. Campsites are lakeside. Walk or bicycle the Prairie Spirit Trail that crosses Crystal Lake Dam to downtown Garnett for dining, shopping, or visiting attractions. VFW and a veterans memorial are nearby. Rainbow Trout Season is held annually State fishing license required. Only non-gaspowered boats allowed on lake.
