Deines Cultural Center
An art gallery and repository honoring the artist E. Hubert Deines, a printmaker whose artistic expression was in meticulous wood engraving. He was a member of the Prairie Printmakers and his work has been exhibited in the Library of Congress, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the New York Public Library. Deines' work is shown on a rotating basis and a video about his life is available for viewing. The permanent home to E Hubert Deines' work and showcases traveling visual collections of local artists.
The center hosts workshops, demonstrations and receptions as well as being an art gallery. The Deines Cultural Center sits in Beautiful Downtown Russell and is a wonderful place to host a business meeting, reception, bridal shower, etc! The Deines Cultural Center can sit up 100 people.
