The 102 year-old newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage includes sleeping accomodations for up to 7, cental air and heat, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The cottage is wired for great whole house sound with separate volume controls in every room. Feeds come from Direct TV satellite or from our CD player loaded with your music. There's even a data port with a local number for internet access. A Super Nintendo 64 is also available. HUNTERS: special game cleaning facilities, secure dog pens, and close access to over 13,000 acres of Kansas Walk-In Hunting areas. EQUESTRIANS: two comfortable stalls and corrals for their horses. FISHERMEN: catch catfish from the riverbank. Only 30 minutes from Waconda Lake and Jamestown Wildlife area. Catered meals available.
