2 cups milk
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon

½ cup honey
3 quarts apple cider
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 teaspoon whole cloves
3 inches stick cinnamon
Combine honey and cider in large saucepan. Tie spices in cheesecloth, and add to liquid. Slowly bring to boil; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove spice cloth. Makes 12 servings.
